I had a fantastic experience buying our swing set from Tree Frogs! Our 21 month old has become obsessed with going to the playground, so we wanted to install something in our backyard that was good quality and that we didn’t have to build ourselves. We came and visited this location so that we could check out the options, and Derrick was so helpful and friendly (and very patient with all of my questions). He was not pushy at all and told me to give him a call when we were ready. We ended up ordering the Toucan Fort, and Derrick was again very helpful in explaining color options and everything else. We purchased the installation (very well worth it for $200), and 3 guys came out and put it together in ~2.5-3 hours. They communicated with me to make sure that they placed the swing set perfectly and that the swings, slide, and ladder/rock wall were placed in the right position. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait for my son to play on his new swing set.

I ' am so happy with the professionalism I experience with the staff at Tree Frogs, if I had to purchase a swing set again in the later future, I would definitely purchase at Tree Frogs Wooden Swings set Factory .

From the start, he guided us toward the perfect setup for our yard — the 5.8 Parrot Island Play Center — and helped us understand how it would fit our space, our needs, and most importantly, our daughter’s imagination. He offered thoughtful use cases, clear sizing advice, and made the decision process incredibly easy.

Our daughter is beyond thrilled with the final result, and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks or the path David took us down. His expertise and easygoing approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Cynthia is amazing and great to work with, my kiddo is in love with her playset. The price is steep and honestly the primary reason I made the commitment is because of how wonderful Ms Cynthia is. She really worked with our budget and helped us find the right option for us.

I want to say that John went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my swing set. It was a pleasure working with him and will return over and over again to add to my set. My grandkids absolutely love it.

Easy to talk to, great attitude, quick, all info/options explained, and etc......great to deal with and do business with again. Bought the same fort/swing,slide 12-14yrs ago for my kids and it lasted this long ; so I figured I just do the same for grand son.

We bought a swingset for our grandson. Ms. Cyndi was so very helpful and kind! She checked in with us along the way and made the process so smooth! What a great experience!
