Excellent experience overall from the sales process to installation. The installers were very flexible considering we had a new construction and did an exceptional job making the goal work considering a slope coming off the driveway. As for as the equipment received, the basketball goal and trampoline are far superior over competitive products we evaluated. Thanks John for making this such a seamless experience!

Jarred made buying our swing set a simple process! He was very patient with our family and took the time to show us all of our options and then walked us through the whole process. He and his build crew were very professional.

Very professional and honest. I purchased my Treefrog swing set 9 years ago. While the swing set is still standing strong, my kids are now playing AAU basketball. After doing some research, I reached out to Derek at Treefrog again for a basketball hoop setup. He accessed my needs and make a great recommendation on a quality hoop setup at a good price. Kids are loving it. They have a great team from start to finish. Even the installers were incredibly professional.

The Porter, Tx location with Mr. Rocha was excellent. There was no pressure of purchasing and allowed me to take my time looking over the variety of playgrounds. He was knowledgeable of all Playground sets and his expertise assist with choosing one. Mr. Rocha encouraged me to take my time in choosing a playground and ensured me he is here to assist me in making the correct choice. The delivery and setup was quick and excellent work. We are so happy with our Tree Frog. Thank you Mr. Rocha! and staff of Tree Frog make it an excellent experience

Jason was such a champ, sweating it out in the heat when I couldn't make up my mind on which one to pick. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He's not pushy, which is great because that will end a sale quick with me. It was a gift for my daughter's 8th birthday and we figured an investment for our future grandkids. I was also impressed with the delivery guys! Usually the people who deliver are wham bam and they are outta there but these guys spent so much time trying to help me decide on the best spot for my swing. I wish I would have had cash to tip them because they were an added pleasant surprise! Everyone I encountered represented that company well! We love our swingset!

We purchased a playground this summer with the help of John Carter. He was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and patient with us. We checked out the different structures in person and brought our 2 little ones. He brought us out waters for all 4 of us. We decided on one set, paid our deposit, and left. John gave us a catalog and told us to let him know if he had any questions. He said we could follow up with him via email, cell, or office.Fast forward a few days, we decided on a different structure and John helped us thru it all. He even helped with a scaled picture on the playground in our backyard!We had a slight hiccup with our HOA and John was right there to help us figure out a solution. Together with the help of John and the owner of Tree Frogs, we were able to get things approved for the HOA.The team overall is outstanding. Customer service is the best and I definitely recommend others to check them out.

We had the best experience at the woodlands location thanks to Cyndi Powell!She was so patient and knowledgeable with every swing set. She definitely helped navigate us to decide which set would be best for our kids. She went above and beyond to make sure it could be placed where we wanted it in our yard. Thank you so much, Cyndi!

Very satisfied! Jarred did a great job helping me come up with the best design to suit my growing 8 year old son. The dimensions were critical being that I had a small footprint from which to work with so I wanted to maximize the design to get the most enjoyment out of it and Jared did just that! My son loves his new Tree Frogs Wooden Swing Set Factory fort! He's already selling lemonade out of the snack bar! LOL! The 7.4 Megadeck gave us the added height to install a longer slide and make things slightly more challenging for a fast growing boy so that he can get more mileage out of his playhouse, swing, rockwall and slide for several years! I can even play Tic-Tac-Toe with him! The installers did an amazing job too! Thank you!

We had a great experience with the purchase and install of our swing set. We had Chip as our salesman at the Porter location, and he helped us pick the perfect swing set for our son and explained everything thoroughly. The installation was super quick and the end product is perfect. We highly recommend!

Derek was my salesman and I truly believe he was God sent. I explained to him that I was on a budget and that this swing set was a surprise for my 3 yr old grandson. On my arrival to frog tree with my grandson (who actually thought we were going to the playground) Derek took the time to see exactly what the needs and desires of my lil man were. He set up the perfect swing set without breaking the bank. Everything went as planned from the picking out the perfect swing all the way to the arrival and set up of my swing. On another note I live in Houston and we just went through a hurricane. A lot of damage to surrounding properties but the "frog tree" .. swing set did withstand the 90 mile an hour wind gust. Best shopping experience I could have imagined......
